Almost feels like a scam.Edit: 1 star -> 5 starsOkay, so I actually got a call back from a cold stone employee (went to my voicemail) but I was able to call back and place a cake order via phone. So website doesn’t work. It’s still an awful experience from ordering a cake online, but that’s not necessarily this cold stones fault.Overall annoying getting the cake, but hot damn that ice cream cake (so inexpensive!) was worth.“

“Visited this location with my family today and loved the experience. The new management was so friendly and they took their time to make sure we really love our experience. Definitely the best ice cream place around and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. The store was also very well kept and neat in comparison to another branch I had visited in another state some time back. Both the manager and the young lady at the counter were super friendly and did not skimp on portions, we had a really good time!“
