“I've seen this market all over my Instagram as the top things to do in the bay area, and it's certainly worth a one night trip. While they do charge an entry fee, it's quite affordable for $5 a night, or $9 for the weekend. Be warned though that much of the food is very, very expensive in the market area! There is parking right by the venue, but that also costs money ($17). We ended up parking across the street at a lot that wasn't super full. When you first enter the market, there's lot of trinket stores with merch, stickers, and art. A lot of the designs were super cute and punny! I didn't buy anything due to the price, but I loved the vibes and really enjoyed the items - major props to the artists! The food is in a second, connected section, with vendors all around the sides and some carnival games and seating in the middle. As mentioned above, food was expensive but scrumptious, so it was worth having the experience once! We didn't try the carnival games.Overall, I enjoyed coming here with friends since we shared a variety of foods and just got the walk around and talk! But its not something I would do again since it's just very pricey for me.“

“Amazing flavor in all the food! It’s the best tamales I’ve ever had. The beans, rice and chips are so good. It’s hard not to eat it all in one sitting!“
