“Great place. First time there. Wife and I ordered: Bacon Cheese Burger and I ordered The Lockford ( sautéed onions and mushrooms) w/ Swiss cheese. Both meals came with large portions of fries- my wife asked hers to be extra crispy- and they were! Staff friendly and “Johnny on the spot”. Price was good. Stopping there each time we go to Lockford Sausage ( next door) or anytime going through town!!“

“Went here tonight and I couldn't have asked for better service. My server, Samuel, was always present when he needed to be with refills and care and although the food was pretty alright, he made the dinner worth coming and I think I will taker my family here again“

“No matter what you order everything is so delicious. I recommend when they have weekly specials you try it because you won’t go wrong. Their soups are to die for!! There have been specials that I have had that they end up being my favorites when they are not on special. The food they serve is just like momma cooked yummy!!“

“I had the bistro filet and my wife had the steak diane. both were cooked, seasoned, and plated beautifully. the service was excellent and we weren't rushed at all. this is an awesome hidden gem of Lodi. make the reservation, it's well worth it.“

“This place was so cute, the atmosphere and the people were old school. The food was amazing. And even the customers that were most likely regulars, were so sweet making chit chat with my son and complimenting him. The portions were huge and the food was reasonably priced.“

“Foods always spot on and delicious! Passed by this place several times in downtown Lodi and finally decided to give it a try. Servers are polite, ordering process is a breeze, and food gets out quickly. It is a little small inside with a condensed area of tables chairs, but luckily each time I've came, a table becomes available.“

“Food was great, customer service was great & people were great as well. There is not much bad I can say. The only thing I didn’t like were the seating. The booth had a big tear on the chair and was covered up with duct tape but that was mainly it.“

“Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time dining at the Grateful Gypsy Bistro. I had the fresh pasta with bolognese, Hubby had a burger. We both were beyond impressed. My Bolognese was delicious! Best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Imo- better than the one at Pasta Moon! Hubby’s burger was equally delicious… Food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We will definitely be back!“
