“Dive bar. I like that. 2 pool tables. Both are pretty damn good. Locals are a bit on the “I’m so tough” side. But not so bad to keep you away. Occasionally there are good shooters there. Good bartenders… and again, 2 good pool tables. I’m in!

“This place has the best sandwiches in DTLB. I recently had the Spicy Mo, Yo (turkey, salami, cheese & veggies) on a baguette and it was delicious. Crunchy, tasty and full of flavor - you will not be disappointed. I only wish the sandwich was bigger.“

“On an unpredicted rainy Wednesday night found myself in the cozy Wrigley Tavern. A locals hangout with the ambiance of the type of joint my dad might have frequented. Great service and a good selection of spirits and beer. The flatbread I tried, well, maybe not next time. I’ll come back on a weekend night for certain.“

“Super cool bar with a local feel in Hermosa Beach. It’s located like a block away from the pier and is a great place to enjoy some quality drinks with friends. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe and atmosphere is great too“

“First time here 🙋🏻♀️I was having huge cravings for Korean food especially some tteokbokki so I went to the closest spot near me. I tried the tteokbokki and the pork curry. The pork curry came in a very cute packaging 😍 I’m all for presentation and it tasted pretty good. It needs more salad dressing and the portion size of the mac salad can use some love. The tteokbokki comes with glass noodz and it hit the spot. Just sprinkle on some mozzarella and ur golden 😉 would I come back? Yeth“

“I had wonderful time there at Shannon’s On Pine. Everyone who works there are very friendly and service excellent. I was there for a special event with KLBP and The Long Beach Blues Society. All the musicians who played outside in the outdoor eating area were there for The International Day of Music . I want to thank Shannon’s On Pine for staging this event with our 501(c) California Charity The Long Beach Blues Society. Great food,excellent beverages, and fun atmosphere. Even without a special event this place rocks Bob Barr Long Beach, California“
“Haven't been there since 1991 when there was red carpet on the walls and Shakey the bartender who we called "Pizza Hut" made strong well drinks. Looks like the place got gentrified so is it really a "dive bar" anymore? Actually looks NICE inside and out!“
