“Like sour beers in the lambic style? This is the place you need to go.“
“Stirred, not shaken. For I am not a sissy boy, like James Bond.
Beachwood brews over 25 of their own beers, along with distilling their own rum, gin & vodka. Unfortunately, whiskey is not included. Once I arrived, I was dead set on an Elder Vesper. Created by Ian Fleming as the favorite cocktail for his titular character, James Bond. A boozy beverage, Bond took his "shaken, not stirred". Not me! Stirred, not shaken. Shaking dilutes the cocktail moreso than stirring. Give it to me stiff!
Elder Vesper-
Beachwood Vodka, Beachwood Citrus Gin, Lillet Blanc, St. Germain Elderflower, Beachwood Orange Bitters. Dry, strong & lovely, this was my first taste of a martini, and I highly enjoyed the bright & crisp cocktail.
Chi Chi-
Beachwood Vodka, Trader Vic's Macadamia Nut Liqueur, Pineapple Juice, Cream of Coconut, Lime Juice. Yikes! Too sweet! Akin to an ICEE/slushie, I was given half a Tiki mug of this blood sugar spiking concoction, and I'm thankful I only had that much to drink.
Beer Sample Flight-
I asked if could sample a beer or two, and was graciously provided a flight of four of their popular beers on tap. My favorite being the Gator.
Beachwood Wood-Fired House Bread w/ Whipped Ricotta-
48 hour fermented sourdough bread, baked to order and served with whipped ricotta, roasted garlic & soft herbs. Very good! The bread had a substantial pull to it. The whipped ricotta was heavenly, dolloped upon each tear of bread. Quite filling!
Gratitude the staff at Beachwood Brewing & Distilling. The hospitable service, expertly crafted cocktails & tantalizing eats afforded a fine evening experiencing a previously unventured culinary destination.“

“Been to two other Beachwood locations in LB & OC, but first time at 2nd & PCH! Nice lil perfect location! As wife walks and shops around, I finally have a happy place lol As always, delicious craft beers at Beachwood (Citraholic & LBC are one of my favs but you can't go wrong with any). Location is awesome, laid back, plenty of tables, and friendly service! Will be back! Cheers!!“

“It is a calm environment, the sunset looks very beautiful. I like that you order online and pay, so there's no problem splitting bills when you go with friends. The cheese on the nachos is delicious 🤤 although I found the meat very seasoned (I don't really enjoy strong seasonings) the pretzel was delicious, the potatoes too. In general the food and drinks were very good. What I didn't like very much was the service, there are so many people that the waiters are in a hurry, one of them spilled the beer on the jacket of one of the customers and didn't seem to care much. The food comes out without a name (many times) so at large tables it is difficult to know who it belongs to and there is a lot of noise. There are also no tables for large groups so if there are more than 8-10 they will probably all be at separate tables.
Parking: There is free parking; However, it tends to get crowded, we saw a sign that said 3 hours Parking but it took a little longer and everything was fine
Kid-friendliness: Not much, although some couples brought their children, there is alcohol for sale and there is no children's area“
“Came here to watch F1 and it was great for that! They had multiple TVs set up and a screen. They started the race right at 10am as promised. I had some type of coffee brew beer and it was actually really great even at 10am on a Sunday. They did not have food at the time that we were there but said that usually a food truck comes by at noon. They said we could order in and we ordered from a bagel place right down the way. Lots of seating for the race replay but we heard that it gets packed for live races. Parking is difficult and the area is a little dodgy so come with a friend. All worth it for the vibe inside. The people working the bar were super friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to help out.“

“Hands down, Smog City is the best beer and customer service in Bixby. A great chill spot to hang out. All their beer tenders are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take care of their customers, the other vendors, and treat everyone like their family. They have a large rotating selection of beer, with year round favs and seasonals.“

“This place is awesome the food tasted amazing even my grandkids loved the food my oldest grandson ate a whole large margarita pizza. The service was amazing when my grandson asked for more lemonade to the waiter. The waiter was so kind. We don’t care if prices are high for food but the food the drinks and the restaurant was worth it.“
