“Baby Gee is by far the best place in Long Beach to get cocktails! Not only is Giana an amazing owner, she has created an outstanding menu of cocktails and mocktails and also hired a crew that is knowledgeable, friendly and above all, makes great drinks!“

“I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the food to be this exceptional. And that is because sometimes chain establishments are not great. However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and short rib hash!!!!! Omg so delicious!! I can’t wait to come back for more!!!“

“This place is a great place to hang out and watch a jazz trio on thursdays. The bar looks out on the bay and long beach. you can step outside to the observation deck of the ship. It is very art deco, lots of wood, a big ballroom dance scene is painted above the bar. Service is slow when it gets busy though, the bar is small and the servers have to use the same bar as everyone else. The drinks are mixed well though. Great atmosphere! You want to reserve a ticket on the website in advance even though they are usually free.“

“Overall it was good , female bartender very nice Taller gentlemen very nice JT, most everyone , very nice welcoming , bareback or guy behind bar gave off a uncomfortable vibe , his facial expressions told the story , if he treated any of my customers like that I would fire him , I didn't eat since my appetite was destroyed by guys horrible vibe , he was very nice to 2 women giving them drinks but when 1 of them offered me her shot , the look on the bartender guy was angry , my 1st time there so his actions where for nothing NOT GOOD SPOT I WOULDNT GO BACK“

My one beef was wthe bartender at closing. I'm aware of his responsibilities to get us out when everyone's feeling no pain @2 am. Closing....not an easy job!
Perhaps one can attribute his fatigue & impatience trying to get us the hell out that resulted in my perceived rude encounter with El Jefe right at the end of a fun evening. Tone & attitude translate, my friend. Ya gotta be firm but not antagonistic.👹
I tipped 50% for 3 drinks at 11 per.

“Solid lunch experience. The tostada was fresh delicious and new flavors that worked well together. Cheeseburger and fries were solid. Flat white delicious! The ambiance is very cute, Palm Springs motel vibe. The only hang up is that it is a little pricier than most lunch experiences in the area, but I feel like the price is justified with the quality of food and experience.“

“Dined here this evening. We enjoyed some Cocktails to start then ordered Beef Tartare, Shrimp with Veg and Roasted Carrots. Entrees varied from Pasta to Ribeye steak and Burger. All delicious. The Carbonara needed more bacon but that was the only issue. Desserts were great. The Espresso wasn’t hot enough for my guest but overall we enjoyed the evening celebrating a birthday. Will recommend to my friends for sure. Would recommend a reservation as it was very busy by the time we left at 6.30 pm“

“We love Marlena and try to support it every chance we get! Everything - from the ambiance to the service to the food - is such a treat. We could not love the cheesecake and gelato more (oh man, the salted caramel flavor just slayed us). I also had the best duck of my life there a while back (please bring back the duck!). We also love all the salads and options for enjoying plants/veggies along with high quality proteins. Also great wine and cocktails. Just such a gem that is sorely needed in LB! I still need to try their coffee but hoping for a gluten free pastry / breakfast option (I would def eat the cheesecake for breakfast - just saying!).

“Wow! This is a hidden gem! Had a few hours until our flight out of Long Beach. Found this amazing spot for a coffee and was absolutely blown away by the owner(Shannon) and the menu! We ordered 2 coffees a sandwich and a cinnamon roll. The coffees were amazing, the owner made me a custom coffee. I asked for 'Something Sweet' and the drink was so good we ordered a 2nd one. Cinnamon roll was hot, sweet, and cream cheese frosted. Licked the bowl clean! Breakfast Sandwich was made with fresh ingredients and was so tasty! We will plan our future trips to this Airport just to have this coffee and cinnamon roll again! 10/10! Oh and the reggae music jamming is the vibe!!“

“My buddies and I stumbled upon this little bar by chance. We were the only “gringos” there, but we were welcomed as if by old friends. They women who tended bar and served us were gracious hosts. It was very clean and well appointed. We had a blast, bought a shirt, and would recommend to others looking for a cold cerveza.“

“The Exhibition Room is located inside Roxanne's. We often go to Roxx bc they have good food and drinks. The juice is freshly squeezed, which makes a great cocktail!
We always get the beef sliders and the herb fries (can't rmbr what they are called) plus a big pile of nachos.“

“I don’t know if they serve food, don’t really care because it’s a bar so they have all the things I’m looking for. The bartenders are really nice, it’s a great crowd of people that u can feel at ease with and the drinks are delicious. I like the location because it’s by all business that close early so there’s plenty of parking at night. There’s a Mexican food taco stand on the corner if u get hungry. They have a clean and well lit outside area for smokers. I thought it was a great bar in Long Beach“

It's confusing order set up for me I ordered at the front desk and then set at the bar it wasn't apparent that I could just have ordered from the bar.
