“Great service! We called beforehand to confirm the kitchen would still be open, 6:30 pm on Sunday night when they close at 7 pm. Lady was super nice and kept saying of course, come in. We order ox tail noodle soup, crispy noodles with chicken and wonton noodle soup for my 2 young kids. More than enough food, each dish was between $15 and $11 and good portions each. The Lady also had a young son and the kids played at the end in the dining area bc we were the only table, which is a travesty. They should be way busier for the taste and size of their food. If you are hungry in the area, you should definitely eat here.“

“I came here today and went to the drive through. Ordering went smooth and fast. I ordered a Cheeseburger and with fries. And a lemonade. Came to around $13.
The burger was good. I didn’t see why people giving it 2 stars. The burger a little thin. But it tasted good. The fries tasted regular, nothing special.
The area is Nicely lit, I came at night. Overall it’s worth the $13 for the meal.“

“Golden burger is a small diner with a relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. I stopped by here on the way back to LA, after coming to town for my cousin's wedding. I'm glad I stopped by here for a quick lunch, their Golden Burger is a well seasoned burger with bacon and avocado. I will be sure to stop by whenever I am in town.“

“The burger can be messy but the flavor is on point. The place clearly cares about flavor. The meat patty is cooked to perfection. Wear a bib cause its going to get all over the place. “Love Love Love this place, food is always delicious and fresh. By far, it's one of the best french fries in Long Beach. It's just a hit or miss with customer service. Mid aged lady's come off a bit rude and charge you for ranch even if you ordered chicken strips! Lol, but it's all good in the neighborhood ?“

But I love this Jack in the box for a couple different reasons.1) the other day when I came to pay for my food, the girl at the drive-thru let me know the people in front of me paid already for my stuff.. naturally I had to pay for the stuff for the people behind me... I thought that was nice because that could make a really big difference in somebody's day, trying to feed their kids or not having too much money.2) it's located in one of the nicest last parts of Long Beach. And it's almost not really that busy ever... Or at least it's not as busy as the McDonald's next door.3) the food quality is fine, the variety is outstanding.. and I love it because you can drive in or walk in and get your food very quickly. They also have coupons you can use that come in the mail and you save a little bit more money4) the ladies that work the drive-thru are probably the nicest ladies I've ever met in fast food. I don't know what it is about this particular restaurant but they just seem really nice maybe it's to me I don't know... but they handle their business quickly and well, they always have a smile, and I'm happy to be there customer.So if I had to give this place a grade, it would be an A-Not at all perfect, but still excellent. Total attributes make it a great place to stop and get food for yourself and family.“

I don't normally write a review but do rate at times and be that I was in this industry the majority of my life I try and rate fair with as it should be the expectation of customer service. So, I placed an order through Postmates which is always convenient and usually great experience. This time I was waiting for 1hour and a half but was trying to be patient figuring it was lunch time, probably extremely busy. I too had a child waiting for food so I thought I should call Shake shack to see if there was an issue or if it had been picked up already, now the employee when I called was very polite but as I ordered through third party there was not much she can do but hand it off to or through the manager. When she asked I was about to say no its ok, well I just didn't want to make a big deal just wanted to be able to rell my daughter what happened. Before i can say its ok the employee was already in transition to the manager, the manager got on the phone we had a brief recap she explained because the order was through a 3rd party her hands more or less are tired besides when we hang up, I call Postmates from my side and she call from her side see if we can get the situation handled and get some people fed. So we hung up both called and in a matter of minutes got it handled. Not only that when we spoke the manager let me know that the food would be remade and when it arrived the food was hot and fresh, delivered promptly, as well as a couple coupons for a burger and fries. Customer service is so key and wow Kimmie in Long Beach nailed it. Great job, Great attitude, Great experience. I ordered the next day as well and didn't use the coupons yet could of but still spent 60 glady. Thank you greatly.
