“Great service! We called beforehand to confirm the kitchen would still be open, 6:30 pm on Sunday night when they close at 7 pm. Lady was super nice and kept saying of course, come in. We order ox tail noodle soup, crispy noodles with chicken and wonton noodle soup for my 2 young kids. More than enough food, each dish was between $15 and $11 and good portions each. The Lady also had a young son and the kids played at the end in the dining area bc we were the only table, which is a travesty. They should be way busier for the taste and size of their food. If you are hungry in the area, you should definitely eat here.“

“I came here today and went to the drive through. Ordering went smooth and fast. I ordered a Cheeseburger and with fries. And a lemonade. Came to around $13.
The burger was good. I didn’t see why people giving it 2 stars. The burger a little thin. But it tasted good. The fries tasted regular, nothing special.
The area is Nicely lit, I came at night. Overall it’s worth the $13 for the meal.“

“Golden burger is a small diner with a relaxing and family friendly atmosphere. I stopped by here on the way back to LA, after coming to town for my cousin's wedding. I'm glad I stopped by here for a quick lunch, their Golden Burger is a well seasoned burger with bacon and avocado. I will be sure to stop by whenever I am in town.“

“The burger can be messy but the flavor is on point. The place clearly cares about flavor. The meat patty is cooked to perfection. Wear a bib cause its going to get all over the place. The pastrami is delicious and adds everything to top off a good burger. The breakfast burritos are on my cravings list. They know what they are doing and shouldn't change a thing. Staff was happy and helpful.“

Be ready to find parking. Better to park on the main streets and walk a couple of smallish blocks or ride your motorcycle.“

“The food was so good, & we ate it so fast, didn't get a picture. But the food was not salty, nor bland. The tartar sauce even was tasty. We ordered the red snapper, reg shrimp, jumbo shrimp, wings. The seafood was not greasy, nicely seasoned. Definitely recommend.“

They were able to chop everything up for me so I would have very minimal chewing. I'm glad I decided to try this place out for the first time. I missed eating delicious food. “Portions are huge here. The teriyaki plate can easily feed two people or save you some leftovers for the next day. Don’t let the small old school shack look fool you, the food is bomb. I got the chicken teriyaki and it was super good, flavorful, and fresh. Great spot if you’re hungry or just want some solid teriyaki without spending a ton.“

“I've been coming to this location for quite some time now since I work in the area, the food is great and service is great. The only reason why I put a 4 star is that the coffee tastes like got mixed with tea packets and I don't know why it's this location's particularly, but coffee and tea together is not good choice 😂“

“This chicken is delicious! I lived in Long Beach for over 12 years and on the day I was moving out of Long Beach we went and got some. I wish I had found this place sooner!!! I would have been there every weekend! My family tried it and they loved it as well! I hadn't been there in years, and this weekend, we picked some up since we were heading to San pedro.

“Love Love Love this place, food is always delicious and fresh. By far, it's one of the best french fries in Long Beach. It's just a hit or miss with customer service. Mid aged lady's come off a bit rude and charge you for ranch even if you ordered chicken strips! Lol, but it's all good in the neighborhood ?“

“The food is excellent, but for the price, its more like dine-in fast food. Chicken avo bacon sandwhich, double patty avo bacon burger, oreo funnel shake was $35 after tax w/o fries. I really wish the fries were included on the side. Also, the service is almost non-existent. When you walk in, its hit or miss if an employee is at the counter to take your order. Instructions should be more clear for a first timer who's navigating the self-service option.“

“The fries were cold and I was shocked. The fries are usually very fresh and hot. I had to go inside and ask for fresh fries. I also watched to make sure they didn't mix my fries with the cold ones. While I waited I noticed the same cold fries they gave me they made sure to give to the other drivers in the drive through before my fresh fries were done. Smh 🙄“

“Pricey but you pay for what you get: Real delicious deserts of good quality. They serve fruits, tostilocos, special drinks, nachos, cocktail, tortas and so much more! Try it and the taste will tell! It's unlike any other! My favorite is the Sangria drink that they uniquely prepare.“

“Customer service is always good and their "all beef" mustard dogs are top of the line. What can I say about their french fries, well they are simply the best amd have been for years and years now. Don't forget the DQ Dairy ice cream (you cannot get better ice cream). Most people don't know about it and the ice creams history, but I remember when going to DQ Dairy Queen was the best place on earth to go for a cheeseburger or an ice cream sundae. And just think you can still get the ice cream at Der Wienerschnitzel. I only wish I could find out where I could buy their hot dogs to have at home. They must have some secret drug in them or some magical ingredient LOL. I did outgrow the regular hot dog after having the all beef one! The only negative I can add about this location is there speaker it sucks but if you get past that it's all good. And as of June 2022 they are now open till midnight again.“

“Pho is flavorful. A legitimate pho place and a place to return to when in the area.
Portion to menu pricing is reasonable. Here, an order of small Special Pho is $12.00 compared to Monterey Park or Alhambra area at $15.
Service and atmosphere is atypical of a small business pho restaurant. Not a lot of frills. Just a reasonably clean place for dining. Overall a good meal and service.“

But I love this Jack in the box for a couple different reasons.1) the other day when I came to pay for my food, the girl at the drive-thru let me know the people in front of me paid already for my stuff.. naturally I had to pay for the stuff for the people behind me... And luckily both totals were only about $0.25 apart. I thought that was nice because that could make a really big difference in somebody's day, trying to feed their kids or not having too much money.2) it's located in one of the nicest last parts of Long Beach. And it's almost not really that busy ever... Or at least it's not as busy as the McDonald's next door.3) the food quality is fine, the variety is outstanding.. and I love it because you can drive in or walk in and get your food very quickly. They also have coupons you can use that come in the mail and you save a little bit more money4) the ladies that work the drive-thru are probably the nicest ladies I've ever met in fast food. I don't know what it is about this particular restaurant but they just seem really nice maybe it's to me I don't know... but they handle their business quickly and well, they always have a smile, and I'm happy to be there customer.So if I had to give this place a grade, it would be an A-Not at all perfect, but still excellent. Total attributes make it a great place to stop and get food for yourself and family.“
