“I tried ordering online and apparently; my card couldn't go through due to my information being incorrect, message said to try again which I did and it was another failure so I tried again with a different card, that failed too. My bank did notify me of the three separate charges. I called the store and the young man that answered was really helpful. My concern was being charged three times for orders that didn't go through. I finally called in the order and the girl who assisted me was very nice. The same young man actually called me and let me know that they did have my order and it should be done shortly. When I arrived at the store, the young man was very apologetic and attentive. He told me if there was more than one charge on my credit card that I should contact their store manager and he would assist me. The other worker who helped me with my order was very nice too.“

“Love this place food is always great & ready for pick up if not it's a small wait if you forget to put cheese on your pizza they will call you & ask if you did that on purpose (my twin did this once for a friend's b-day on accident for a cheese pizza we didn't realize there was no cheese & didn't recognize the number workers told us they could cook it with cheese but it would be a moment but we were fine with it & took it cooked sauce pizza isn't bad with their garlic sauce) workers are always polite & kind it's a good place to grab a pizza from & a cookie ever now & then they do give paper plates chili flakes, & cheese powder & napkins if asked for at the register when picking up your order this is great for those who want to eat in their car & on the road“
“So thankful for the owner of this Papa John's note the famous papa Dia sandwich! Dia is the owner and treated us very nice while we were just sitting out on the patio he even offered us some of his personal lunch while we were just sitting and then got us waters while it was sunny and hot! Mind you we were not there to purchase any food but just sitting what an incredibly nice man God bless you Dia and your business!!!“
“Honestly, I would say I order here maybe 3x a month. I try to be good with my diet. So either once a week or every other week. Go here when I get the munchies. I love the garlic knots and/or garlic bread. The box just tends to get oily. Dessert wise, love the cinnamon pull apart and/or cookie and cream papa bites. My taste is pizza, on average is the meatball and pepperoni pizza. I have also ordered all meats, hawaiian, or custom (chicken, pepperoni, jalapeños and pineapple). Only con is, I like square cuts and it's always a hit or miss every time. Even if requested.“
