If i could give this place 100 stars I would! they have the one of the best ramen i've ever tried and their pork buns are to die for! i recently found out that they discontinued the gyoza which is so sad because It was one of the best things i've ever had ! praying they bring it back ! The staff are so sweet and always very friendly and such good customer service! 10/10 recommend this place !
Wow. This has to be the best ramen I've had in the US. The birth is so incredibly flavorful and a umami bomb (in the best way) without relying on meat. We were in long beach for only 2 nights but we went back to Rakkan twice. Service was quick and they're open past midnight if you're craving late night munchies (just like many ramen spots in Japan)! Parking is a bit difficult to find but we were able to find street parking off the main road.

Our first visit here was fantastic. It's rare to find a restaurant serving animal products that also caters directly to plant-based diets. Eating vegan here was a breeze, and without having to stick to just side dishes and salad. They have several plant-based ramens, starters, and more. The food was exceptional, the staff was wonderful, and prices were fair ($2 for extra noodles is amazing). We will definitely be back soon for more vegan eats.
