“Great place, with friendly service and a great ambiance, if you like these loud sports bars. We all liked our food - it was "good" (OK would sound as if any of us had been unhappy) - good burgers and fries. Unless I would be asked by someone to join particularly there, I doubt I would go again. It's not a "No" to the restaurant itself, it is a "Yes" to all the other great places on the same street I have not explored yet. So again, if you want to check out games and have a great night out with like-minded, this is highly recommended.“

“We’re “Regulars.” The wait staff treat us so well, and the food is terrific. We see tables populated by seniors, parents with babes in arms, post-game soccer stars, and golf buddies. This is truly a neighborhood gem!“

“I had wonderful time there at Shannon’s On Pine. Everyone who works there are very friendly and service excellent. I was there for a special event with KLBP and The Long Beach Blues Society. All the musicians who played outside in the outdoor eating area were there for The International Day of Music . I want to thank Shannon’s On Pine for staging this event with our 501(c) California Charity The Long Beach Blues Society. Great food,excellent beverages, and fun atmosphere. Even without a special event this place rocks Bob Barr Long Beach, California“

“We found this place while on vacation in Long Beach and saw they had breakfast so we gave it a try.
The food was excellent. Huge portions. Really homecooked type food, nothing felt frozen. Awesome bacon and one of the best sausage patties I have ever had. The prices were really reasonable for the amount of food.
The service was outstanding. The bartender was really friendly and treated us like we were regulars. Our waitress was amazing and friendly. We enjoyed it so much we went back twice for breakfast and once for beers at night. (Guiness on tap!)“

“Great selection of house brewery choices. I didn't eat here but I tried a couple of different pints. Casey served me up at the bar and he was entertaining with high energy to uplift me after a long day at the local convention center. Good place to meet new and old friends.“

“Always a good energy in here! Literally made my decision to move to Long Beach over a few cocktails with friends here and has since been my go to. The atmosphere is always welcoming for all genders and races since it has a little one thing for EVERYONE throughout the week. Day parties, sports viewing, karaoke, nightlife to dance the night away, skee-ball, pool table, lounge outdoor space, and lets not forget FOOD! The vegan chili is amazing and I am not even vegan. Check it out as part of your wander around Pine ave.“
“Only thing wrong with this place is the owner is diehard 49er fan. She’s definitely decent to look at but don’t let her fool you, she’s a degenerate 9er with no hope of recovery. Other than that, this is the best bar in Long Beach. Real people, make everyone feel right at home right away. I’ll be back soon. #RaiderNation4“
“There were enough people there for a good atmosphere, yet it wasn't crowded. When they played the live music it was a bit too loud for us to be able to hear each other, but I had a lot of fun! The bartenders were friendly, pretty, and easy to get along with. I would absolutely go back next time I have the chance!“
