From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. This morning I placed my order after dropping off my kid at school. I placed it at 8:05 and app said it’ll be ready at 8:22am. At some point the app stopped tracking because it said “no status available” When I walked in, it was already 8:23 and they had a big group of people waiting for their orders. When I went to the counter to ask about mine they didn’t even know if it was made or not. They just told me they’ll remake it and...

This place seems to give regulars excellent service, but new people awful. I ordered on mobile app in store. Someone’s order was placed in front of me five minutes after I ordered yet they got their food before mine was even started to cook. Unacceptable. I won’t be back. 3 orders after me got their orders before me. I ordered a double smoked sandwich and banana nut bread. How?
