Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and lovely design. We knew the Newport restaurant was opening and my husband and I stopped by to warm up our tastebuds for an upcoming trip to Spain. We were seated quickly, and our server, Celeste, greeted us immediately. Having just spent a month in Valencia & Barcelona, my expectations were quite high. And I was not disappointed (other than the paella had no socarrat!). Menu offerings were plentiful and creative. Great flavors. We especially liked the crab croquetas.
Try this restaurant. We went for dineLA and admittedly they were not prepared for the number of reservations they accepted. The food was very good. All of the small plates featured were interesting and tasty. The paellas were very good and a nice mix of elements. Our experience with the service could have been improved by just putting a pitcher of water on our table so we could help ourselves. Do not order iced tea.
