“Was excited to try Tony Gemignani’s “Apricot Fields” slice (exclusive to Mountain View), and he did not disappoint. Chalk up another winner that went great with our Cal-Italia, and the Wise Guy. A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!“

And they have fantastic value as well. I spent less than $30 for a large pizza with stuffed crust, and I was able to pick out either a soda or pint of ice cream free of charge.“

“Emily is the best! She stayed calm under what I would consider to be a very stressful position.
She took the orders, and worked the register.
She delivered the food to the customers, cleaned the tables. Emily did what I consider the front of the restaurant very smoothly. Very polite and very accommodating.
We ordered subs to go. My husband got a BLT and I got ham and cheese and I asked for everything to be on the side lettuce, tomato, onion and bell pepper and she got that all done without asking any questions.
Yes the place needs attended to there is a trash can in the front inside the door and there was paper on the floor. But hey when we got there there was only three available tables.

“They do NOT skimp on toppings at all. There's always so much topping it's basically falling off. Tastes great too and there are a ton of types of pizza from traditional to more interesting types like Indian, Teriyaki, Pesto, and much more. I'm always surprised this place hasn't exploded in popularity yet. If I had to nitpick the inside decor leaves a bit to be desired but honestly that's negligible to me because the pizza is great and never had a problem with service.“

“No amount of "good" food can make up for blatant violations of the law. Just like rats in the kitchen are a health risk to all patrons, rats in service are just as bad. And you have rats! Denying a blind person access because of her guide dog is 100% horrible and inexcusable. And against the law. If I was the owner, I'd be tracking down the guest and profusely apologizing while firing the employees who broke the law. Humiliating a guest by denying them access is unconscionable. Shame on you! Until this situation is rectified and all employees properly trained on the Americans with Disabilities Act, NO ONE SHOULD PATRONIZE HOWIE'S Update: Owner contacted individuals involved to rectify the situation. Staff is being educated about service dig access and the ADA. He also is making a contribution to Canine Companions for Independence. We are also so grateful that Blue Line Pizza is on Castro Street in Mountain View because Mountain View is a bit of a food desert restaurant-wise for vegans. Parking: It's downtown on a pedestrian street so you have to fund parking nearby. You can parking in the movie theatre parking lot, the box across the street, or there is a parking lot 1 street over.“

“My wife and I like to do take-out Tuesdays where we don’t cook and instead order food to pickup and bring home so that we can watch whatever TV series we have that comes out on that day. This week we ordered some Papa John’s to watch the Bachelor Finale! What a great pairing (although what doesn’t go well with pizza… let’s be honest… nothing).

Our favorite takeout chain for pizza is Papa John’s because they have the Papa Pairings deal, where as long as you order two or more eligible items you get them for $7.99 each. We ordered a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms (must be one topping for the deal), some boneless parmesan chicken bites, garlic knots with marinara sauce, and an extra side of the spicy garlic dipping sauce. We always order an extra dipping sauce because I like the spicy garlic sauce and my wife likes the normal garlic sauce that comes with the pizza order.

The pizza was warm and delicious, just like we would expect from a Papa John’s. We always make sure to check the extra sauces are there before we leave because they’ve been left out before, not from this location, but another.

This is the location closest to our house and we’ve ordered here before. We order from the mobile app and drive to pick it up. It’s a clean storefront, there’s no seating, but that doesn’t matter for us.

One complaint / tip - they give 50% off the second large pizza... but only if you call or order in person. If you order online, no discount - which doesn't make any sense to me!! Please fix that as customers doing the more efficient thing are being penalized for it!“

“A great New York style pizza restaurant mainly to go.
A wide variety of toppings are available, allowing you to order the pizza of your choice. You can choose different toppings on the right and left sides, so you can enjoy different tastes in a single pizza. There are also four different sizes to choose from (10“, 12”, 14“, and 16”), making it easy to adjust to fit the number of people and your appetite. I ordered the 10” to eat alone for lunch and it was just right. If I was a bit more hungry, I thought I could eat 12 inches as well.

You can order online and choose either to pickup or delivery. You can choose to pay by cash or credit card and since I chose to pickup and to pay by credit card, the payment was at the store when I picked it up.

I had Maldonado's Special Pizza and it was really good! I ordered a sandwich and a caesar salad the following day. The sandwich came with a tiny potato chips.
