The lounge is particularly great for early morning flights, though the entrance can be easily missed. There is absolutely no signage to guide customers to the restaurant, leading to confusion and a delay in entry. Arriving 15 minutes early, customers may walk down a narrow hallway, finding no signs directing them to the lounge. The lounge opens 10 minutes after the scheduled time, with a sign appearing suddenly. The lounge is quite small and the food selection is limited, with no salty snack options. However, the veggie sliders and fresh veggies in the salad bar are a highlight for vegetarians. The drink selection includes hot drinks, alcohol, and soft drinks. Restrooms and dining areas are cleaned frequently. While the front desk staff is helpful, the rest of the staff in the lounge can seem cold and unapproachable. Overall, the helpfulness and cleanliness of the staff enhance the experience.
