Stopped by Be Bright Coffee and ordered a cortado made with their Colombia Paola Trujillo Wush Wush Natural. The coffee had tasting notes of blood orange, red currant, honeysuckle, and tart cherry juice, which made it a really interesting coffee to experience in a milk drink.

Honestly one of the best espresso tonics I have ever had. I grabbed the orange blossom version early in the morning, and the way the floral citrus notes blend with the carbonation and the espresso just works so well. It is incredibly refreshing, and you can tell right away that they are using high quality beans because there is zero bitterness. The drink came out with a perfect, clean layer of espresso floating over the tonic water, showing off a really nice gradient.

Stumbled into Be Bright Coffee while walking down Melrose, and it instantly became one of my new favorites in LA.
