“This establishment, this timewarp, this destination, this transformation. What a place to loose yourself in sensation. What is possible if not the best? My night here punctuated by pleasure and presence; the food and staff in the most graceful ways demanding you to pay attention to what is served. In the overabundance of delicious food that is the world, that is LA, it is special to be swept and pulled into story. Dishes are not only elevated, they are levitating, and you float away with them. Bread like cumulus clouds, wine making me reminisce the 9am sunshine in Marseille, and a first bite of the scallops help a cooling breeze come to life in the summer heat. I remain in awe. For all those valuing life, make sure to pass by.“

“Exquisite menu! They had something for every pallet you can imagine. The family and I had a great meal and a great celebration. Staff was right on the money, refilling your glass before it even reached the tabletop. The food was delicious the service was fabulous. I would highly recommend that you take you and yours to this establishment where the word fine does not even begin to describe its high quality atmosphere.“
“This place has reopened as a breakfast spot. Name is now Route 66 Bistro. Excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. It's unusual to have a breakfast spot underground but I'm really glad I saw the menu in the room and followed the signage downstairs. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table.“

“Had the Wine flights ( bubbles and reds) and lunch. The food was freshly prepared with vegetarian options. The blue cheese was extraordinarily delicious and the English Chedder along with freshly prepared fig jam and pickled tomatoes were also delicious. The chef is for sure highly talented. The service was excellent. The bubble wines were very good with lots of taste and flavor. Some of the reds were not that good. Would not recommend this flight .“
