This Pop-Up food stand has the most falvorful Cochintas I have ever tasted. The blendered flavors are out of this world. Pair the cochinotas with an awesome flight from @threeweaversbrewingco makes for the perfect brew/cullinary experience. If I return to LA I will track down Bomba Yucateco.
I’ve eaten at this place at least 5 times now and the taste and quality are phenomenal. The cochinta is delicious as well as chicken options on their nachos, tacos and panuchos. The salsas are out of this world, esp if you love spice. Highly recommend catching them at three weavers or wherever they’re at.
