I recommend Botanica to everyone. They use fresh hand picked ingredients and the food is delicous! Their cocktails and desserts are so yum. I picked up some chile oil and pickled local veggies for gifts for my friends! Chef Zarah and the staff are best. Will definitely be returning soon.
Quality ingredients and very personable staff. They know Georgia as a regular. In nice weather we can sit outdoors.
Abby was a wonderful front desk reservation hostess. She accommodated our party of 5 with a friendly, above and beyond and attentive service. Brunch items are delicious at this hot spot. Be sure to book ahead on open table. This restaurant takes InKind points.

Botanica Restaurant and Market offers a top-tier dining experience with exceptional food and service. This isn’t just a restaurant; it feels like a wellness sanctuary where seasonal California produce meets global inspiration. The lovely atmosphere combines indoor and outdoor seating, creating a welcoming ambiance that fits Silver Lake perfectly. The menu is vibrant, produce-forward, and always evolving, featuring standout dishes like the Turkish Eggs with extra sourdough and chicken sausage, the Diner Plate with soft scramble and mushroom, and the highly recommended lamb meatballs. Their mezze spreads are a must, bursting with fresh herbs, spice, and texture. The unexpected star is the vegetable sides, which make simple ingredients like beets or squash feel luxurious.
Drinks at Botanica are just as thoughtful, with a wine list that leans natural and biodynamic. The house-made tonics and juices are surprisingly addictive and pair well with the food. Guests consistently praise the attentive and friendly service, with staff described as kind and happy, making Botanica a great spot for brunch or a date. While the burger and dessert have received some criticism, the majority of the dishes and the overall ambiance have been highly praised by recent visitors. The space is light and airy, ideal for writers with laptops in the morning or couples sharing rosé by sunset. Bonus: the little market sells a curated selection of sauces, wines, pantry goods, and local finds, perfect for bringing a bit of Botanica home. This is the kind of place that feeds you well and makes you feel even better.
