This is the best donut spot near Thai town! The owner is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet, we always feel welcomed every time we come in, been coming here for around 10 years. Donuts have fun design and taste fresh, the croissant or bagel sandwiches are always yummy. And the Thai tea is the best! Parking is limited tho, so make sure to walk in if you can!
