About Carl's Jr

Carl's Jr. offers a consistently good dining experience with fresh, tasty food and friendly service. Many reviews highlight the quality of specific menu items like the Diablo Burger, which is always made fresh and spicy, and the zucchini, which is described as fresh and tasty. The staff at this location are praised for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, with employee Selena C. receiving special recognition for her excellent service—greeting customers, answering questions, and maintaining the dining area. Customers appreciate the positive energy brought by team members, especially when Julio is working, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere.

While the food quality and service are generally praised, some mention longer wait times, especially in the drive-through, which can take about 20 minutes even when not busy. This suggests that organization and efficiency could be improved by management. The location itself is considered a very good one within the brand, with some reviews noting that not all locations are as good.

A memorable story shared involves a security incident where a suspect attempted to steal desserts but was quickly caught by security, adding a humorous touch to the otherwise positive experiences. Overall, this Carl's Jr is known for delicious food, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment, making it a favorite spot for lunch and casual dining.
