Let me just say you will not regret spending the money. My fiancé threw a surprise party for me and the food was absolutely on point... simply exceptional! This review is long overdue. Castle Catering really changed the way I do Christmas. Literally the best decision I've made in a long time. Literally everything was so good. I felt like I was back in NOLA for a minute. This literally felt like the best Christmas gift to myself that I'll be gifting myself every Christmas. Castle's Catering was PERFECT for our production! Delicious meals with great variety every day. We were graced with her incredible cooking for a 5 day production and everyone was obsessed with the food. Shanita was professional, prepared, on time, and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend her for any production or event!
