About Danbi

Danbi is a Korean fusion restaurant located in Korea Town, known for its unique take on traditional flavors and stylish atmosphere. Sitting at the bar enhances the experience, allowing guests to watch the bartenders create great cocktails. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes, including the scallop pancake, which is highly recommended and hits all the right notes of a Korean seafood pancake. Other popular items include the uni bibimbap, pork jowl, and honey butter chips. The uni bibimbap features a good amount of seafood and is considered amazing, while the pork is juicy and soft. The scallop pancake is flavorful, though slightly heavy, and the zabuton steak is well cooked with a deliciously sticky and sweet marinade. The perilla noodles provide a refreshing twist that pairs well with steak. The menu also includes dishes like crudo and kimchi, though the cucumber kimchi was less impressive. The food is generally very good, with generous portions and affordable prices. The vibe can be quite loud with a club-like atmosphere, but the service remains excellent. Many guests have visited multiple times, appreciating the clever presentation and consistent quality of the food. Overall, Danbi offers a fun, flavorful, and unique Korean fusion experience.

An incredible meal from start to finish. Definitely worth a return visit.

Sat at the bar. Great cocktails and service. Do not miss the scallop pancake, honey butter chips and the crudo! The only thing slightly disappointing was the cucumber kimchi. Quite affordable. You get a lot of food for the $$$

A solid korean fusion. Scallop Pancakes were pretty on point. Steak was well cooked but did lack a bit of a wow factor. Perillia noodles were a good twist with very subtle notes and a bit refreshing and went well with the steak. A bit too dark to really appreciate the food. And also a bit loud. Kinda club vibes. Could transition to something a little more elegant considering the food and price point.
