Dutch bros is just what a coffee drinker needs. And this particular location is across from USC making it a staple for the students and community. At this location you will notice the atmosphere is modern and zen, the employees are kind patient and informative. And the drinks get the job done. I can't remember exactly the name but something Eagle, and the biscoff ice coffee...so good I highly recommend this location. If you know you know. Thank me later
The have more sugar free options than starbies
I have been pleasantly surprised by this location. the drinks are great and the service is relatively fast, considering how busy it is. I usually order ahead and it does seem to speed up the process. the golden eagle is easily the best drink here.

Dutch Bros Coffee is the first Los Angeles location. Unlike other locations, it is walk-up only with no drive-thru. There is limited outdoor seating but no tables or seating indoors. Free parking is available in the attached garage for up to 45 minutes, requiring a credit card swipe to enter and exit. Some limited paid street parking is usually very crowded.
The experience can be mixed. Many note a great vibe, good music, fun outdoor space with games like a bean bag toss, and a fountain. The service is often described as great, friendly, and knowledgeable. There is a great welcome offer through the app.
However, the most disappointing thing for some is the wait time. Even when ordering ahead on the app, the stated "order ready time" can be inaccurate, with orders still "in the works" and no confirmed ETA. Some recommend adding about 20 minutes to the app's time before heading to the pick-up window. While some find the drinks so good and report not waiting long, others feel waiting 30+ minutes for a coffee may not be worth it.
The drinks receive varied opinions. Some find them great and good, while others are not wowed. Specific drinks mentioned include the sugar free annihilator iced coffee, which had a weird aftertaste possibly from the sugar free syrup, and blended drinks like the cocomo, banana bread, and banana pudding. The banana flavor in some reminded one person of hard banana candies, though the banana bread was fine. The regular sugar drinks are considered potentially great. It is seen as a good coffee addition to LA.
