The overall 3 star rating of this place is hard to believe. I travel back and forth every week in Terminal 5 and can honestly say Fords Filling is one of the best airport restaurants I have ever experienced. Excellent staff and solid choice of food. The Fords burger is top notch. Hermela is a star from the waiting staff!
A solid airport restaurant with better service than most. The server at the bar was very kind which, let's be honest, can really impact your waiting experience, especially if your flight is delayed! I came for breakfast and my food was out within 10 minutes. I ordered the American Breakfast and a coffee. Had a few hours to kill and no Lounge option for our Spirit flight. First bar we passed was packed and smelled like fish.This bar was less crowded. Staff is quick, polite and professional. Drink’s are good and cost is what you would expect for an Airport bar.We were full from eating In-N-Out on our lay over but got some chips to snack on.
