The window that I usually go to was the wrong one, and a patron had to tell me after standing there for a while. The burger was good. The fries were hard. I think the place needs a bit of cleaning.
You get the Double Burger Special for $17 and you're stuffed. It's a huge burger and you'll have a hard time biting it. Fries were good too. Unfortunately, there is no proper place to sit in cold weather.

Good food. Horrible customer service and dirty lobby ever.Standing in front of cashier for like 2 minutes while he’s unloading register and flirting with co-worker, I had to ask him if this is where I’m supposed to be greeted? ?I ordered 50 minutes ago and over the phone they said it would be ready 10-15 minutes. My five year old ask me why they keep the dirt in here. I said what do you mean he said look at the carpet. Food good though.
