Ordered my food online. Said it would be ready at a certain. And when I had arrived it wasn’t ready. Told to wait 15 minutes (ended up waiting another 30 minutes). And when I got my food. The food was prepared incorrectly.
I had to go through hoops to get my refund. As much as I like to support black own establishment. I don’t see myself going to this location anytime soon. And if I were you. I would find another place.
Never ever going back to this place. It's so disappointing to see the lack of professionalism and customer service. Why do you take phone orders and charge for full prices to only let customers know that you're sold out and no refunds when they arrive to pick up their orders?? Too bad we need to give a star but no stars for you! I'm pregnant and one of your cashiers had audacity to call me "fatass" through the speaker!! I was here 29 years ago at grand opening on Manchester and when they moved on Florence food is bomb juicy juicy burgers so glad they still here I will be traveling from ie just to get a burger
