Was able to try out this food truck at a recent event.My spouse got the shrimp and steak hibachi. They really liked their dish. They also give you a large portion.I got the noodles and shrimp noodles. The noodles were quite soft and tasty. I also loved that they gave me plenty of shrimp. I only wish they had a sauce that was a little more spicy. I took off one star because both dishes are suppose to come with 'vegetables' but they only come with squash. The food here is straight fire and of the highest quality. Can't go wrong with a burrito or a plate.. it's enough for two people. The owner Cris is hilarious and very chill. I've witnessed him feed the less fortunate as well. So he definitely gives back to the community and doesn't forget where he's from. Come try out the food! You won't be disappointed!

I got his info from Instagram I never regret using his company for the hibachi chef.. definitely worth everything the meat, chicken and shrimp amazing!! The guy that took care of us that night was not only polite but also super funny.. thank you definitely using him again
