Guerilla Tacos is well known for its creativity and bursting flavors. Although the founder, Wes Avila, left in 2020, its tacos are still going strong. Taco Tuesday of $5 per taco is an even better reason to visit.Our favorite was possibly the Baja Fried Fish. The large chunk of fried rock cod was quite meaty and tender. An upscale Mexican restaurant tucked away in the Arts District with an amazing menu. The flavors are bright and warm leaving you feeling satisfied and comforted. They are flexible for dietary restrictions and have options for vegans. 2 tacos were more than enough for me.
