I've seen this truck so many times but today we finally decided to stop and try. We shared shrimp ceviche, a grilled shrimp burrito, and a grilled fish taco. The ceviche was really good and refreshing. The shrimp burrito tasted good but I only had a few shrimp in mine and it was mostly beans and rice. Friendly service and great food. Really appreciate the variety of meat and seafood on menu, for me especially the offal offerings!This food truck is located on S La Tijera Blvd just south of Manchester in front of Pep Boys.

This is one of the best places in town. There is no easier better food than the güero Truck Is delicious and clean. You can also order ahead of time so you have to do is go and pick it up if you want it to eat it at home work or even take it to the beach that plays rocks
