Highly recommend every single one of the breakfast burritos, the mini taco sampler, and melon agua fresca.
Guisados was easily one of the best taco spots I've tried in LA. The handmade tortillas alone are worth the visit, and every guisado was packed with flavor and tasted like it had been cooking all day. Nothing felt overcomplicated, just fresh, authentic food done right. Great service, fair prices, and the kind of place you'll want to come back to every time you're in the area.
