“I took a star away because if the price is different at different locations say so in your adverts. I am on a budget this week, but it would not matter if I was not. I wanted some tasty junk food and that is Jack in the Box. I saw the advert for a 5$ meal. Great, I thought. It was $6. Now does the dollar upset me, yes, if I am told 5$ let's have that. That is my little rant--I am not happy about this though.
Jack in the box is a huge chain and they are all pretty much the same. They have burgers, breakfast sandwiches, tacos, fries and really good shakes. There food is not even close to fine dinning. You do get about what you pay for. If you don't want fatting food, go elsewhere. I love all of it. They have these tiny tacos that come in a pack that are great. Are they filled with great things, of course not. They are little deep fried tacos with some meat in them and they are lovely.
Their shakes are much better than most fast food places. They even have whipped cream on the top. They are very tasty.
They have a nice selection of burgers and breakfast sandwiches. They even have great root beer.
The service is always nice and the line moves fast. This time we got it through the drive thru and it was speedy.
The area is kept clean and whenever we have been inside to eat it has always been kept super clean.
It is better than McDonald's and Burger King, that is for sure. Have fun.“
“Late night food as you know I don’t like to eat fast food as Chinese food is my favorite. Always got to go through the drive through. A solid in and out location for my late night munchers. They do have a much meal you can participate in or u can even get the teriyaki bowl is one favorite orders to go for besides the regular jumbo jack or the double jumbo jack. This would be the top food for fast food restaurants“

“Customer service was great. There were two people that were very patient with me and I didn't feel ashamed to ask for more sauce. There were SOME pieces of trash on the tables and the trashcan was really full. Other than that, 10/10 I would come again. (Food was also well cooked and delicious)

“An almost faultless experience in this Jack in the box chain store located near Koreatown. The establishment seems a little old, the furniture is quite dated, the counter and the kitchens call for the same comment. Everything seemed very clean, however. The saleswoman present that day was not very friendly, made no effort to understand us or to make herself understood and had a lot of difficulty hearing what we said to her. After this ordeal of ordering, we were served rather quickly (the restaurant was almost empty). As for the burgers, everything was really very good and they were also well presented. The curly fries were also excellent with the sauces offered. Prices remain reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the products. In short, just a few small human resources problems to resolve and it will be perfect!“
“I frequently buy meals from this locations, however today at 1:30pm I was surprised at the service and proactiveness of Nestor at the drive thru. Ketchup and hot sauce was already in the bag before I asked for it. Napkins and straw were also already bagged. He was friendly and efficient. Thank you. “This is my favorite Jack in the box, and has been for years, the staff are pretty efficient in getting the food orders, and freshly prepared, and the long time employee, and now night shift Manager "Mario ", is the absolute best throughout the entire west LA area. The only problem is that the drive-thru area is very tight, especially if you have a big car or truck, other than that it's all good!!! ?“

“Good for s quick bite or classic Jack in the Box craving. I tried the new Smash Burger, and I couldn't believe how good it was. It was visually appealing and not all tiny and flattened like most burgers from a fast food chain look when you go to open it up. It was even juicy! The meat seemed to actually be cooked from a fresh patty because as I ate it, the juices and fluid from the meat kept leaking out. I had a friend try it and he had the same reaction. I'm not sure if all locations make this burger the same way, but this place is definitely doing something right. I'd definitely come back to try another one. The inside is like any Jack in the Box. There are a few homeless folks getting their food and they are mostly the only people dining in. The manager was very sweet and he seems to have a great staff.
Parking: There was plenty of parking when we went but it is a very small lot. It's also on a major street so street parking is terrible.“

“I went to Jack in the Box recently, which was an up and down experience. The food tasted good. I liked the variety of items ordered it agreed with the taste buds. The burgers and sides were fresh and flavorful leaving me very satisfied.
Service was ultra-slow, however. It took a while for my order to be prepared; this is very slow for the usually speedy nature of these places. The staff seemed polite enough and were trying their best at the time.
The dining area was clean and well-maintained making the atmosphere comfortable to enjoy one's meal. The food however though significant was dulled by the prolonged service. I hope to see some improvements in the future to make it more enjoyable.“

“It was Christmas ☃️? day and I'm alone so I wasn't cooking. Was surprised to see it was open. I went through the drive through and it was quick, they were nice, and they got my order exactly right. Come on Jack in the Box, have you no experienced management that take your restaurants seriously ? Your location managers appear to have no training so, therefore, how can you expect the employees, especially new hires to get it right.As said many times, " A bathroom is easy to clean, a Make Table is not, therefore the condition of your bathroom is a serious indication of the condition of your kitchen!" “Im not someone to rate fast food, but i have been here 4 times now around 2am so you usually expect cold fries and careless workers. I have always received amazing food when Sandra works the drive-thru. I did 1 time go late night and she wasn't there and the fries were cold. So the next time I went and she was there, I checked the food right away and it was HOT. The lettuce fresh with 2 full tomatoes. Also, my order is always right. Nothing is ever missing. I told her she's doing an amazing job because at that hour, people just don't care. But she puts in the work so if you end up in this area late night, pray you get Sandra as your drive thru attendant.

“It's a Jack, you get Jack in the box quality. Because it's close to a high school it gets pretty busy, doesn't help it's a smallish restaurant with a small parking lot. But the service is fine. I will say twice now they either gave me the wrong size if fries or just forgot them which is kind of annoying since I do online orders and drivethru pick up so I don't notice until I'm home. But I get that they're busy and are a small staff dealing with a lot of people.“

They do have two different sizes of coffee to choose from plus a lot of cream and sugar for you.
