Three words: Amazing Customer Service. Jimmy John's helped me with my order for an event that I was planning and even when the order details were incorrect, they patiently took the time to change them for me manually over the phone. Throughout the entire process they treated me very well and the food was excellent, everybody loved it!

Went today for lunch and the service was great. Received my sandwich before I was done paying. The quality was good too, definitely fresh bread as it was super soft. Best part is the place was super clean, always makes me feel better knowing it's a clean restaurant.
