I am a regular customer over here, and the food here is really exceptionally amazing. They have a quick service so you don't have to wait for your order. The staff are also good and friendly and can give you recommendations happily.
This is the remaining KFC location left in DTLA. I loved the atmosphere, and the Double Down was really good. Unfortunately, the cashier gives out very mediocre customer service, and they claim they don't have the key for the restroom. Protip: Usually, when fast food restaurants claim not to have a key means they usually don't want anyone using it. Otherwise, what restroom would the employees there use? ? And this isn't a major issue at the moment because of the winter weather...read full review

Very fast and friendly service. This location had very friendly staff and was also very fast to get our food to us. The chicken was fresh, juicy and full of flavor. Also available was a small dining area for guests to sit and enjoy their food.
