King Taco is a popular restaurant, often with a packed parking lot even outside meal times. The food receives mixed reviews. Many customers love it, calling it the "worlds best taco" and praising items like the combination burrito, two tacos, quesadilla, and guacamole. The tacos were described as spicy but lacking flavor by some, while others found them disappointing. The nachos looked great but were also disappointing in taste. The burrito was not bad. The salsa was compared to ketchup and was missing something, and the pastor was off.
The service is inconsistent. Some staff are friendly, making the visit pleasant, and one location was praised for helping a person with a disability. However, other customers report unfriendly staff, with one lady described as "about as friendly as a corpse." The people behind the counter could be more customer service oriented, and tables could be wiped more often. There are complaints about long waits with only one cashier, causing some to leave. The atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant is clean with space for a wheel walker and chair. Prices are reasonable.
