I'm always looking for a good place to get some seafood, after all it's my favorite food. This place only accepted cash, and I didn't know that. With luck on my side, I arrived during happy hour, so I didn't pay too much for the buckets of beer. The food was okay.Parking: Small space in the back. You will have to park on the street.
I went here on lunch with a coworker and was happy to find it was a brick and mortar, not a truck. I thought it looked a little dark when I first stepped in, but then with my second and third step and a good look around, I knew I was in the perfect spot for mariscos. The darkness came from a vinyl wrap over the windows, whose underwater theme extended throughout the restaurant. I am soooo happy we stumbled on this place. I truly felt like I was in the heart of Tecate reliving my childhood. Amazing food, freezing cold beer, and incredible staff! I couldn’t bring myself to leave. Can’t wait to come back!
