cute little cafe with a good amount of seating. looked like they offered coffee making classes or something? not too sure. the barista (i think might also be the owner/operator) seemed to know a lot of the regulars and was chatting with them as they ordered, which was cute. a bit expensive for plain coffee, but it was high quality and good, so that's what matters i guess. they close a little earlier than most other ktown cafes (5 pm on a monday), so keep that in mind.
Free parking lot! I think I may have gone at a bad time (9:30am on a weekday) because most of the pastries were sold out, I was given a paper cup instead of the reusable ones that others had, and it looked like they were understaffed. It's still a good place to get some work done, but they don't have so much seating so I can imagine it feeling cramped at times. Matcha is good.

I ordered the Spanish latte and strawberry matcha both with soy milk and both were great!! Also tried their matcha scone and chocolate orange scone those were also super yummy!! Store was so cute as well. Only one lady was working but she was pretty fast and nice!
