Little Caesars in Los Angeles

“I stop here often to grab a pizza for the kids when I'm in the area. Today was disappointing and I'm going to contact corporate after I post this. I walked in and joined the line that was in there and was patiently waiting in line with my daughter to order her favorite. The was a young lady in there who came in before me and I wasn't sure if she had ordered or not because she had a receipt in her hand and was preoccupied with a profanity filled phone call that she had on speaker. I was called up to the register by another young associate at the register to order. After I paid for my order, the young lady on the phone said that she was in line before her. I apologized and told her that I was called to the counter and if I knew that I would not have ordered. She became upset and belligerent with me and using the same profane language thay was using in her phone call toward me. It was unwarranted and disappointing to me. I responded with a more wholesome approach and told her I'm too old for the energy she's waiting to receive. She continued to be loud and cuss me out which led to a gentleman coming out of the kitchen yelling and cursing at us telling us to leave his store. I told gim that i want the problem and thatbusing profanity toward me was uncalled for because I wasn't the aggressor. She left and I remained and the gentleman returned to the kitchen. The young lady returned for her order that she made before I came into the store by the way. I received my order shortly after with no apology from the staff, only from the other customers in the store for that young lady's actions.“

“Im So picky about customer service and I unconsciously pick apart my experience at a place since customer service is so important and I'm just very impressed with the way this store handles their customers I wish I remembered her name but there's was this younger girl that worked there and even though she was dealing with these rude customers she was super polite and super patient in fact because of her is the reason why I. “We doordash pizza from here 2 or 3 times a week. Always fast and awesome pizza. Love it. You can't beat their prices and the flavors are so delicious and we always have them add the garlic and parmasean flavered topping on it for a big flavor boost.“

“Considering where this place is, they do a bang up job getting out tons of pizza! Kids Mom's Dad's and everyone else WALK to this location from 20th and main street up to Slauson. This seems like the little Caesars hub for the Vernon and Central area. They serve the community well.“

“I haven't eaten here in eons. But I saw you when looking up restaurants in another state. Decided to look up allergy info. THANK YOU FOR CLEAR INFORMATION. I may not be able to have any of your pizzas, maybe one day you'll have a gluten free crust, but I *can* have your wings and sauces. Your allergy listing was so clear and easy to read. I may actually break my no junk rule and go find myself a Lil Ceasars.

“The guy at the cash register is very nice and polite. I was looking at him while I was waiting for our pizza, he had no a second to relax. Moving all the time to service people, do something at the kitchen, pack and etc. and at the same time he looked so calm and responded to all customers politely. Great job!“

“I usually order online all the time but they had messed up so many times...they either dont send one item or the other,incomplete. Then when i call and tell them ,they want me to go pick it up when i already payed for delivery. Costumer service not that good there but since for me is the nearest one i order from there risking it all the time.

Parking: Small and usually no parking inside.“

“This place has the BEST fast food pizza out of any of the local places. Let me put it this way,... When when you ask for pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni, you get it. It's actually inside the pizza.When you ask the same from other fast food pizza places, you get a pizza that's dry and a small cup of sauce on the side. I kid you not. Love Little Caesars!!!“

“I didn't have a poor experience here. It wasn't the best but it wasn't bad. I went in at lunchtime and ordered a cheese pizza, nothing fancy. The wait was th ebiggest annoyance (it was around 35 minutes). The staff however were great, my food was decent and the store was clean. I'd return.“

“I love that they assumed I was a good Mom bringing Pizza and Brownies home to my kids. No I'm Single, I live alone and I had one of those days and I need to stuff my face for less than $20 because I just paid Rent and Utilities today after working with patients all day. They didn't ask questions, they didn't judge me, they just handed me my custom order efficiently and promptly. They're probably expecting me to come back again with my Husband and Kids. I too am waiting for that Miracle, but at least I know where I can get pizza faster than I can have time to be sad.

They got everything right on the first try. I have lived in this neighborhood for a few years I'm 35 now and when I do finally have kids I know where we'll be getting our pizza when my kids get good report cards.“

“No complaints here... close by my house.never had a Bad experience and if anything went wrong it was courteously fixed or reimbursed. I even didn’t like how this location didn’t make their thin crust topping go to the edge (not really sure what was up with that)BUT THEY MADE IT HOW I ASKED. Go get ur pizza on“

“Usually go there for lunch during the week and pick up their already made $7 pizzas, some hot wings, and a soda. The food of good, the process are reasonable... Even more reasonable if you're JUST there for the pizza. The parking situation can get bad. The lot is small and gets full with the supermarket customers.“

“Went in with my friend to order 3 pizzas. She was taking care of it so I went back to the car.

Her kids were in the car, and I went on about hoping she'd get at least 3 pizzas.

No sooner did I say that, she got in the car with 4 pizzas, lol.

We got 4 large pizzas in minutes, and they were delicious.

I found parking. The lot was nearly full.

Inside was small, and there were several people inside.. good business.

I went to the car because it was too small for me. I didn't need to be inside taking up precious space.

“Food is good for what you pay for. Service was a little lackluster since I didn't pay ahead of time and just picked up any random pizza that was already made. Cooks could have acknowledged I was waiting and asked to wait before helping but they just saw me and looked away. Overall it's just a fast food place and don't expect much customer service anyway, just would have been nice.“

“I can't think of a place less expensive to eat out, seriously. The pies were ready in about 10-15 minutes,. The pies were as good or better than their big chain competitors and it was half the price! Caesars is the best option for corporate pizza, hands down.“

“As much I love this pizza as throughout my childhood but I hate the DELIVERY since they put NO STICKER or anything to protect it (to know that the person didn't open it to spit in it or anything). I have the right to feel paranoid with germs & everything even when Covid settled down but there's time where I have to pay the cheapest tip option & I have a bad feeling the driver would want to take it out on people to our food due to getting small pay for their job. I have disability & other issues to why I'm not getting food in-person which I wish I could do but now this may created food issues with me to the point of starving (it can get worst & I'm autistic who's picky who also may not eat even foods I do LIKE unless it's a specific one I want to eat for that day which is pizza). Even IF the driver didn't do anything to my food, I still want a sticker for the box so I know it wasn't tampered (the sticker where only you can open so the sticker can rip/tear off once).“

“Crazy bread is good with or without marinara saw. This particular Little Ceasars is typically busy in the afternoon, which doesn't take longer than 10 minutes and usually haves a line but the store is ran smoothly 👌 and efficiently, so the wait doesn't seem like your falling asleep. I recommend this Little Caesars over other pizza stores their food is really Hot 🔥 & Ready and made fresh. 10/10“

“I've been here many times honestly I cant complain expect for parking but everyone from the front house to the back house is just great, nice, generous, and thoughtful asking what I need all the deals they have and making sure I leave a happy customer by far my favored little Cesar thank you for your hard work 👏🏽“

“Our kids love Little Caesars and it is mostly our choice when it comes to pizzas. We tried lots of other locations, but this location is the best so far. Workers are so nice and helpful. They made my kids happy just by giving a small snack for free while we were waiting for our order.“

“I ordered a Thin crust pizza and crazy bread and walked out the door and went two cars down where I was parked. I ate 4 pieces of bread and opened the pizza box and the pizza was ice cold. It shouldn't have been ice cold after 4 pieces of bread. I went back inside and explained it to the manager and she realized that something happened outside the normal temperature of a pizza. So she made me a brand new pizza! I want to give this place great big round of applause for her understanding. Thank you!“

Yes it's a busy location might be the closest lil Caesars in the hood besides the one on Santa Fe by food 4 less parking there is horrible. Anywho
