This is a must visit in El Sereno! I went here for lunch with a friend on the weekend. Humberto and Christina, the owners, made us feel like family. They were so sweet and welcoming, taking extra time to wait on us and giving us samples of chicharrones and their homemade piña drink. I had the carnitas quesadilla and my friend had their tacos. Mom and Pop store. They gave food to order. Great conversation while you wait, hopefully your not in a rush. The Chicharron is so good. Sold by the pound but can get half. NY daughter absolutely loved the sopes. The tortas are also very good. They have tables in the back. Small liquor store items sold here.
