was at z's across the street and thought it was a bit pricy considering the rudimentary seating so I noticed MDD across the street and decided to give it a try. the layout was a little weird and the counter man looked like an extra in an eastern European action movie but I was encouraged by the reasonable prices and surprised by the borscht.
