3.9% charge on top of your meal for card payments, not even nice sea food restaurants in Newport Beach like Rusty Pelican charge that. Food was ok/average for the most part, service was ok. Left a tip for waitress which could have been 3.9% higher.
The paea rice was delicious, but it's a shame that the last time I ate there a hair came out in the rice, it killed my hunger and the enjoyment of my meal. Besides, when I complained to the waiter who was available at that time, his response was fatal, "that hair doesn't belong to anyone here, was what he answered, to which I looked at him as if he meant it was mine, but then He reacted and responded by changing my rice."
