Adriana was incredible and accommodating throughout my trip. So glad I got to stay here! The people here are so nice and the food is excellent. They also have an amazing coffee shop downstairs that has really good coffee and amazing seating if you need to get work done.
Booking was not easy but eventually worked out. Room was fine, clean. Be ware that everything is a charge, It's like the Spirit Airlines of hotels. Kelly was super kind to work with at the front desk while checking in and helping with dining recommendations. Also, top notch was Devon at the pool bar - friendly, helpful, never flinched at how busy it was!

The hotel staff is welcoming, always available, and friendly. The location is very central, close to multiple shops and venues. The lobby is perfect for some laptop and coffee activities. On the third floor, Woody's barbershop is as hidden as exceptional. The only thing that really hurts this hotel is their valet. Rude staff, unfriendly, entitled, and a stark contrast to the hotel's staff professionalism. If you go there, don't valet, park somewhere else.
