Bryan at the drive thru had great customer service. I had a really big order for 7 people, he made sure my order was correct and handled in a timely manner. They need more people like Bryan.Parking: The available parking is around the whole location.
I've been coming to this location, as well as the original location for over 2 decades, maybe 3. There's something about Tommy's "shack" that just makes me happy. The burgers and fries are always delicious at any and all of the locations. I've yet to get a burger or hotdog that wasn't fantastic. Today I received the most amazing service at the Eagle Rock location. The attendant working the window was attentive, polite, and professional while dealing with the crowd of hungry diners....read full review
