Love Picaresca and was eager to check out their 2nd location still in Boyle Heights. The Tio Pepe spot is bestbfor larger groups, we visited near closing and had two cafe de olla iced lattes and a pastry to go. We enjoy their pan dulce and pastry selection on rotation, I noticed they now have overnight oats in the fridge. Beautiful selection of fresh flower bouquets for $10 and the spot serves as a gallery for local artists.
