We are so lucky to have this spot in our neighborhood! Fizzy tea is my absolute favorite, and they have really wonderful wines on tap - their beer is good too! But it’s not what is always drawing me back. Absolutely great atmosphere and the staff and owners couldn’t be cooler and kinder! It’s truly a business that is creating community
Had a great time here. The staff was super friendly, the beers were unique and delicious, and the vibes were on point. I'd visit a lot more if they a little less expensive, but it still makes for a great night out if you are just trying to treat yourself.
Super cool space and delicious beers, gruits (must try), and teas. People are very nice and knowledgeable about the beverages. A treasured neighborhood hangout spot!

The brewery hosts live modular synth music on Mondays and tape night on Tuesdays, adding to its eclectic vibe.
Families are welcome, although bringing activities to keep young children occupied is recommended. Solarc Brewing hosts various events, such as live music, art nights, and community gatherings like solstice and eclipse parties. Visitors can also order sandwiches from the neighboring Bubs to enjoy on-site. The interior is interesting and eccentric, with foil-lined walls and multicoloured lights, creating a cozy, solar-themed experience in Glassell Park.
