No greeting, no introduction — just immediate hostility. It was extremely unprofessional and...read full review
My sister in law made a reservation. When we requested our table we were greeted by an obnoxious manager? We were told there was no reservation. After further investigation, the reservation was found. The manager then said, “oh I see you made the reservation today at 1:42 for 6:45”. He was absolutely rude. Sorry Not Sorry, LA is a lively restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially during events like parties and conferences. The venue features a beautiful, well-maintained space both inside and outside. The outdoor patio is large, with plenty of seating, heaters, and a cozy vibe that makes it perfect for gatherings, including private parties with mini Christmas trees and water dispensers. The staff is generally friendly, attentive, and helpful, with some servers going out of their way to accommodate large groups and special occasions.
The menu offers a variety of bar food and shareable plates. The Chicken Mole Nachos and Buffalo Cauliflower are highly recommended, often praised as the best items on the menu. The Burrata is also a favorite, and the Vietnamese fried chicken wings are noted as a must-try. Drinks are available in abundance, with some reviews highlighting great bartenders and drinks, although some mention that certain cocktails could be better. Food quality varies; while some dishes like the steak and fries received mixed reviews, others like the buffalo cauliflower and kimchi quesadillas were enjoyed. The decor is nice, and the space feels intimate yet spacious enough for larger groups.
Overall, Sorry Not Sorry, LA is a popular spot for casual dining, parties, and gatherings, appreciated for its outdoor space, friendly service, and good bar food, despite some inconsistencies in food and drink quality.
