The souffles are great! Ambiance is nice as it's not very busy. Not sure why, but on apple maps the business shows as permanently closed. I hope they can get that fixed as it's definitely caused confusion for the people I have recommended to come here.
Wow I loved the Souffle's pancakes, I ordered the creme brulee and Oreo, very delicious. I shared it with my friend, so it's fine for 2 people if you're not too hungry lol. Tried the Iced Berry tea, would recommended sweet. Nice place, clean area and sanitized. The guy working there is very nice. Would come back again.

Tried the creme brûlée, Oreo and unicorn soufflé. Unicorn was too sweet and tasted like a birthday cake. The creme brûlée and Oreo were pretty tasty and not too sweet and very fluffy. Don't get the matcha latte- it was sadly the worst matcha latte I've had. It was like 90% matcha powder and you could see the powder at the bottom of the cup. For that, I docked a star but I know this place is known for soufflés not their matcha lattes. It was also quite the wait after ordering...read full review
