I was riding the LA River bike path and my derailleur stopped shifting. I stopped at Spoke hoping they could get me in decent enough shape to limp my bike home. The mechanic (I can't remember his name, sorry!) was exactly who you want working on your bike: the friendly guy who knows everything and can't wait to fix your bike. I was incredibly amazed by this little gem tucked deep away in an LA neighborhood. The decor and ambiance were perfect. The avocado toast was so good. They have coffee, tea, beer, wine! I felt like I could have hung out there all day. I had just gone on a local hike but next time I will rent a bike and go for a cruise down the LA riverbed.
