This Starbucks is nearby my work place when heading over. Thus if I'm craving something of course will head on in to get the usual or a warm drink. Surprisingly my first time getting Hot Chocolate, with a chocolate brownie. And it's actually pretty good. Ordered in the app, which was quick and easy. I have been coming here for a while. It’s a great location and scenery but what prompted me to come leave a review was the customer service I received the other day. I wish I had gotten the young lady’s name. I had a mobile order at another location by mistake. All my fault but this person took the liberty to copy my order and do a new one for me free of charge! This is my Starbucks go-to store because it's the closest. It's a pretty good one but what makes it even better right now is an employee named COBY (if he's not already, make him a Manager!) I was blown away by his customer service yesterday. This guy's going places! (Just don't go anywhere else SOON! ;)) I ordered my Pikes drip.
