I don’t think this location does cold brew coffee. Second time ordering and the acidity of the coffee lets me know that it’s iced coffee.
This location is understaffed at peak hours and I’ve noticed that pairing new trainees with other newly hired or trained staff also causes delays. The store is often not stocked with all size straws, cups, lids for customers request.
The Person working here on 5/7/25 around 6:30pm was so kind and thoughtful. I had such a bad day and he made me a drink similar to the one I wanted that wasn’t available. So nice and PLEASE make sure he gets some praise! Thanks.
