I placed a mobile order and when I arrived there was one person at the register making g a purchase. The receipt says Ashley. I am experiencing morning sickness while bringing my child to school. I stopped to get a tea without caffeine to ease the suffering. Without hesitation. Without a second thought. She says they dont have any teas without caffeine. I ask her what kind of teas do they have. Then she asks cold or hot. I say hot. The employees here today were unprofessional. I was the only customer there. They were talking among themselves joking around, not attending to my order. I received my order and it was watered down and done incorrectly (matcha frap.) I don’t know what’s going on with this team but before I never had any issues until today. They need to work on their professionalism and their efficiency.
