Unfortunately the people here are so grumpy and rude. They are constantly having problems with the food they order with most times everything being frozen solid so they can’t sell it. But its mainly that all the employees look and act MISERABLE! ☹️ no ones demanding bubbly smiles. But when you ask for anything they act like they have been grossly inconvenienced. They argue with you & are just unpleasant! If they are so unhappy, they need to do the work and find a new job...read full review
The 2 male gentleman that always there in morning, one wears a beanie and the other one has glasses are the most well mannered baristas I’ve met. Whenever they run out of something when I make a mobile order they always let me pick anything they have and are quick and apologetic on any they’re out of. I always appreciate

Starbucks is a neighborhood coffee shop with exceptional customer service. The baristas, including the two gentlemen who work in the morning, are well-mannered and apologetic when items are out of stock. They are kind, happy, and know regular customers by name, making them feel special. The store manager, Michael, is also commended for being an excellent boss. Despite being short-staffed, the baristas work efficiently and manage to provide great service with a smile. The team's wonderful attitudes and talented drink-making skills make customers return and leave with a smile.
