On 02/22/23 I ordered a medium pistachio latte and what I got was a large latte drink. I wanted to raste the pistachio in my drink? I repeated twice my order but I got a different drink. I was very disappointed
My friends and I come to this Starbucks location multiple times a week while we're working and it's always been a great experience. The barista's are all super friendly and efficient, and even though there is usually a line there's never too long of a wait before you get your drink. Also, we've never had any issues with getting the wrong drink here. Since we're regulars, the barista's have even made an effort to get to know us and remember our names which is so kind!!! In my opinion, the location's position is very bad for people coming from outside and very hard to find. It should have been much closer to the street and have a sign so people can locate it easily. It tuck me close to 10 minutes to find the place, and on top of that, it was very hard, close to nowhere to find parking.
